It's a New Year but never before had we had to face the problems that we are all going through this year. We are going back into a full lockdown as from 6th January,
Tradtionally the 6th January is twelth night when the Kings came with gifts. Our gift to you is that we have online classes through zoom to keep you fit and to keep you sane. Please see our events page for all details. It will not matter where you are in the country you could be living in a quiet country cottage or living in a high rise flat in the middle of a city it does not matter our teachers will be there to lift your spirits right through this lockdown and beyond.
January and February do not have to be dark and dismal months put some light into your life and give yourself a lift and move to the music and enjoy the rhythms.
